Our Limited Beers are the chance for us to play out our creativity and our love of experimentation. This results both in our own brewing experiments as well as beers brewed in collaboration with other breweries or gourmet friends.

As the name suggests, we only produce small series in single batches and that's why our Limited Beers are available for a short time only, true to the motto: "Once they're gone, they're gone!".

Summercrew Session IPA

Brewed by our apprentices as a journeyman's piece, SummerCrew Session IPA appears golden yellow in color with a slightly opalescent haze. You smell fruity notes reminiscent of ripe berries, lemons and grapefruit and a slight hint of fresh mint.

Fernando Coppi wrapped our HomeBrew Contest 2021 - "West Coast IPA“ - with his „Tropical Coast“. It’s a hoppy fruit mix of pineapple, lychee, passion fruit and citrus on the nose with resiny pine-like and honey notes emphasizing the flavor bouquet.
